Los Realejos is a town and a municipality the northern part of the island of Tenerife. It occupies the western sector of the Valley of La Orotava, which is characterized by the singular beauty of its natural landscapes. On the coast, Los Realejos has wide beaches such as La Fajana, Castro and El Socorro, this last one being ideal for windsurfing. From Los Realejos you can embark on excursions around the northern part of Tenerife. The nearest towns are La Orotava, declared to be Historic-Artistic Heritage, and Puerto de la Cruz. Nature lovers can visit the Teide National Park, which has a great many species of native Canary Islands flora and fauna.
